TM 26 NE DENNINGTON MAYPOLE GREEN 3/44 Red House Famhouse - II Farmhouse. C16-early C17 with early C19 wing to south. Main range with 2 later wings extending to the west forming U shape plan. Timber framed and plastered, the south wing with a red brick facade and tarred brick gable end; pantiled roof. 2 storeys with attic to north wing. 2 windows to south facade, C20 3-light mullion and transom casements, segmental arches; doorway with inset 6-panel raised and fielded door, rectangular fanlight, panelled reveals, frieze and cornice with small flat hood; brick eaves dentil cornice. The south wing has an internal stack with 4 flues set in cruciform pattern on a square base; both the base and flues have a cornice of bricks set diamondwise. Main range with several good C18 small pane windows and an internal stack. The north wing has an original mullion window at first floor level. Listing NGR: TM2728067245
