Listed Building: BARN ABOUT 60 METRES EAST NORTH EAST OF HILL FARM HOUSE (286019)

The following building shall be added to the list:- TM 14 NE RUSHMERE ST ANDREW LAMBERTS LANE 3/53 Barn about 60 metres ENE of Hill Farm House II Barn. Circa late C17 or early C18. Weatherboarded timber frame on brick plinth. Half-hipped roof clad in corrugated asbestos sheets. 5 bay barn with 2 aisles and midstreys. East and West sides have racking roof midstreys with full- light plank doors at centre. The east side has dilapidated outshut to left of midstrey and wall- framing and cladding missing from south end wall. Interior: Curved braces from aisle posts to arcade plates and tie- beams; some of the tie-beam braces replaced by curved wooden knees. Collars and clasped purlins, common rafters and ridgeboard. Wall posts studs and straight tension braces. Listing NGR: TM1965446724
