TM 48 SE SOUTH COVE 1/36 Church Farmhouse 27/11/54 GV II Farmhouse. C18 with later additions. Colourwashed brick, roof of glazed black pantiles. 2 storeys and attic. 3 cell form. 2 windows, sashes with glazing bars in flush frames. Lobby entrance, the entrance bay set slightly forward: the door has been replaced by a sash window, retaining part of the architrave and the frieze and cornice above. Brick dentil eaves cornice. 2 internal stacks. Later wing set forward to right: 3-light splayed sashed bay; mid C20 glazed entrance door. The left hand gable end of the main range has 3 brick bands. To the rear is a Union fire insurance mark. Listing NGR: TM4981580989
