Description

TM 48 SE FROSTENDEN 1/8 The Grove 27/11/54 - II House. Early C19 facade with both earlier and later work to rear. Red brick, formerly colourwashed; the left hand return front is plastered and lined in imitation of ashlar. Hipped roof of glazed black pantiles. 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical facade: 5 windows, inset sashes with glazing bars under flat brick arches; doorway with inset 6-panel door (the upper 4 panels glazed), rectangular fanlight with glazing bars, panelled reveals, moulded architrave, fluted frieze and cornice. Wood eaves cornice. 2 flat-roofed dormers. Listing NGR: TM4733281074
