SEMER DAIRY ROAD 1. 5377 ASH STREET Dairy Farmhouse TM 04 NW 38/940 II GV 2. A C16 and C17 timber-framed and plastered building with a tiled roof. The house comprises 2 blocks, an older C16 block to the south and the later C17 block to the north. Restored and renovated with most of the timber-framing exposed. The north block has a modern red brick facing on the ground storey. Two storeys. Casement windows. A number of original window openings are restored with moulded mullions. The south block has a ridge chimney stack rebuilt on an old base and the north block has a ridge chimney stack rebuilt. Listing NGR: TM0068546613
