Slated roof with one course in four having fishscale slates; formerly thatched. An axial chimney of mid C19 gault brick with red brick quoins. Two cell plan. Two storeys, 3 windows. C19 small-pane sashes (one replaced by a C20 cross-casement). Two C19 4-panelled entrance doors. A rear slated lean-to outshut adjacent to Old Street.
