House, late C17 or early C18. 1½ storeys, attics. Red brick walls with timber-framed and rendered gables. Roman pantiled roofs, gable and axial chimneys. Gabled dormers. C18 mullioned and transomed casements and C20 casements. Possibly an outbuilding to Little Saxham Hall later converted to dwelling. Modernised c.1980.
