CHELSWORTH THE STREET 1. 5377 (north side) No 58 (Ivy House) TL 9848 52/232 26.7.77 II 2. A C17-C18 timber-framed and plastered building, panel pargetted on the front with painted outline. Two storeys. 2:2 window range on the upper storey and 2 window range on the ground storey, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A central gabled porch projects on the front, with an oval panel above it. Roof thatched, with a central chimney stack. A later lean to single storey addition extends on the north-west end.
