A C18 plastered front to a C15 timber-framed house with later extensions. 2 storeys and attics. 7 window range, double-hung sashes with glazinq bars, in cased frames. A 6-panel door, with glazed panels, has a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars and a wood doorcase with panelled pilasters and an open pediment. Later wings extend at the rear. Roof tiled, with 1 gabled dormer on the front and 3 octagonal shafted chimney stacks. The interior has a good C15 moulded beam and joist ceiling. The older part has king-post roof trusses. There is a fully panelled early C17 room. Listing NGR: TL7975652852
