Description
Second phase of archaeological evaluation prior to redevelopment. 10 trenches measuring 216m in total. The trenches were between 0.4m and 1m deep. The extent of the eastern wall was established and another length was found. A large ditch that predates the wall was identified containing animal bones. A clay structure was also found.
