Description
Evaluation was undertaken in advance of proposed residential development, focussing at this stage on south-western sector of the site to the south of two square enclosures (FRK 036 and 049). The evaluation comprised 45 trial trenches and measured between 23m and 41m in length and 1.80m in width. The trenches revealed very few features, consisting exclusively of natural features and modern rubbish pits (S1).
