Description
A trial-trenching evaluation of the area of a new VI form centre and classroom block on the site of an earlier building at Woodbridge School failed to identify archaeological deposits. The evaluation consisted of two trenches, totalling c.50m in length and 1.5m each in width. The evidence suggested that the site had previously been truncated and had been further damaged during the demolition of the earlier building.
