Description

Monitoring was carried out during the final stages of demolition, removal of foundation and concrete yards at the site of the Very Heavy Bomber Station, prior to the reinstatement of grassland. The works stopped at a level where modern hardcore deposits were still in place, and no evidence relating to the medieval Warreners Lodge was observed.
