Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out during the excavation for groundworks associated with the erection of a house. The site was visited twice in order to inspect the various groundworks. The trenches were excavated to a depth of 1.2m. The exposed sections showed the topsoil comprised measured 0.25m in depth and sealed a natural subsoil. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified.
