Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on the final stage of groundworks. A foundation trench measuring 6.70m long, 0.4m wide and 1.1m deep was excavated. The trench sides revealed that the existing asphalt and concrete had been laid directly onto the naturally occurring clay drift deposits across the site. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified.
