Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on groundworks for a side extension to the Friends Meeting House, Friars Steet. The planned structure is a light steel and glass build requiring only a shallow raft foundation which did not extend below later post medieval layers. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified.
