Description
A small evaluation was carried out in advance of development of the site for retail and domestic use. Five trenches were opened across the site, 1.6m wide and bewteen 0.35-1.3m deep, but only modern hardcore/demolition rubble and modern truncations were found. No archaeological remains were identified and the site is believed to have been largely destroyed by modern development and demolition.
