Description
Monitoring of the groundworks carried out prior to the construction of a new workshop and carpark revealed no archaeological features or finds. Excavation was done by hand due to the presence of human skeletal remain nearby to casue minial ground disturbance. Notes and photographs were taken regarding the dimesions and character of the stratigraphy. The observed service run was 0.2m wide and 0.4m deep. It was 32m in length in anortherly then easterly direction.
