Description

Desk based assessment was conducted ahead of residential development. The report suggests the PDA has limited archaeological potential with the majority of evidence is the post medieval buildings used as railway sidings and coal yard. Recommendations included, Historic Building Assessment of upstanding buildings and trial trench evaluation following demolition works (S1).
