Description
Evaluation in advance of a proposed residential development. A total of five trenches were excavated which exposed a natural subsoil of pale yellow/brown clay at a depth of 0.3m below the present ground surface. Within the sampled areas no archaeological features or deposits of any period were identified and no artefacts were recovered.
