Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on machine and hand excavated footings for an extension. The footings measured c.0.5m wide and c.1.2m deep. The footings were excavated through a 0.4m thick layer of topsoil which sealed the natural subsoil. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified.
