Description
Desk based assessment was undertaken, collating HER data and historic maps for the site and surrounding area on behalf of Halladale group and their planning consultants Savills PLC. The site was occupied by Roy's Variety Store and is being promoted for redevelopment which is likely to comprise a mix of retail and residential together with public parking (S1).
