Description

An evaluation trench was excavated on land adjacent Street Farm, Lawshall, in Suffolk. This revealed one late medieval/early post-medieval ditch and three early post-medieval pits, which were all well preserved below topsoil and a demolition layer. The features produced later medieval and post-medieval pottery and later medieval to post-medieval ceramic building material.
