An archaeological evaluation was carried out in advance of the proposed construction of a residential development. The evaluation consisted of four trenches measuring c.40m long and 1.8m wide. The trenches excavated to a depth ranging between 0.47m and 0.72m before encountering the natural subsoil. Undated and modern features were encountered.
