Description
An archaeological evaluation was carried out prior to a small residential development. A total of three trenches measuring 15m long and 1.8m wide were excavated. The trenches were excavated to a maximum depth of 1.4m with 0.3-0.45m of topsoil overlying 0.5-1m of subsoil. A stray medieval sherd and prehistoric flint was identified.
