Description
Monitoring was carried out ahead of development by Bloor Homes at Tayfen Meadows. First Visit 21st November. Series of footings with gravel piles. Flint pit infilled. Saw footings at north of site. Most of the trench was heavily disturbed. A large pit partly filled with chalk was visible. A second visit was made on 23rd January - Footings clearly in and drains. Site was a quagmire as raining (S1).
