Description
In December 2014 Archaeological Solutions Ltd (AS) conducted an archaeological trial trench evaluation at Areas 1 and 2, Land East of Moreton Hall, Suffolk. The evaluation was carried out as part of a requirement for further information to be provided prior to the determination of a planning application for residential development. Twenty five features were recorded, principally ditches. Settlement evidence associated with the medieval Catshall Green was recorded.
