Description
Two visits were made to the site. First visit was while two soakaways and the driveway were excavated. No artefacts were identifed in the topsoil
Second visit was when footing trenches were being excavated. Approximately half were not inspect as they were already concreted. Footings trenches were c0.5m wide and 0.6-0.8m deep. The uppermost 0.1-0.2m in the section was disturbed. 19th and 20th century pottery and animal bone were recovered. Below this was undisturbed natural geology.
