Footing trenches for a small extension and garage at Hardings Farm, Beck Row, Mildenhall, in Suffolk were monitored. The development is in the Fen margin to the south of Undley, well below the 5m contour and within a rich archaeological landscape of Prehistoric and Roman occupation activity along the Fen edge. The development also included the construction of a garage but the building of this has been postponed. Post Medieval brick and pantile was identified (S1).
