Description
A program of archaeological work involving a strip, map and record was undertaken on land at 26 Bridewell Street prior to the construction of a new detached garage at the property. The entire footprint of the garage was excavated down to the top of the natural. The area measured 3.8m by 6.5m and was approximately 1m deep. The only finds were of 19th century date.
