Description
Monitoring of the construction of an annexe to the residential property of 'Aldehurst'. Topsoil was dark grey brown silty sand with occassional stones and flines to a depth of 0.05m. Below was a former path bedding, very pale brown yellow carse sand and cement. Below was topsoil at 0.10-0.75m deep. Below was subsoil, mid orange brown silty sand with very occasional stones 0.75-0.93m deep. Below were natural deposits, pale-mid brown orange sand with very occassional stones at 0.93m-1.10m+ (S1).
