Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on footing trenches for two extensions to the property. The footing trenches were excavated to c.1.2m deep. Several of the trenches were disturbed by modern water pipes, a drain and a soakaway, although most modern activity did not truncate the soil levels below c.0.4m. A Bronze Age scraper was identified (S1).
