Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on the excavation of a 2m footing trench and the removal of a c.4m existing wall footing. All the excavation had been completed by the time the site visit was made. The footings had been excavated to a uniform depth of 0.90m into grey clay subsoil. 19th century brick surface was identified.
