Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on footing trenches after excavation. The excavated footings trenches were up to 1.5m deep. The trenches showed a thick overburden to c.1.3m deep. The site may have been terraced in the past. The spoil had been off-sited and could not be inspected. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified.
