Description

An archaeological evaluation involving the excavation of two trenches took place prior to the construction of a new indoor pig unit on the site. The trenches totalled 50m long and 2m wide. The trenches were excavated to a maximum depth of 1.1m. No finds or features of archaeological interest were encountered.
