Description
Archaeological monitoring was carried out on the construction of a new access road and parking for the hospital. The site was visited four times to inspect a general topsoil strip and service and drain run trenches were inspected. No archaeological features were observed, although fire crackled flint may be taken as evidence of prehistoric activity in the area.
