Description
Archaeological evaluation in advance of the redevelopment of the site. A total of seven trenches were excavated which exposed a natural subsoil of sand and gravel at depths of between 0.4m to 1m. A number of modern features were exposed but no significant archaeological features or deposits were identified and no artefacts were recovered.
