Description
A casual watching brief was carried out on drains and a road for a residential development. The conditions were very wet with a series of 1-2m trenches being examined over much of the site. The entrance road of the site had c.0.40m of modern fill which was removed revealing 18th to 19th century brick foundations. This feature is now sealed under the estate road.
