Description
Evaluation trenching was carried out for a small residential development. 5 trenches were excavated, topsoil was 0.3-0.4m thick which overlay a mid brown clay subsoil 0.24-0.4m thick. The natural was a stiff pale brown chalky clay with flints (S1).
