Description

For phase two of work on this site three areas were fully excavated. Two partial easements were excavated within phase 2 for the installation of essential service runs. Easement 1 measured 57m long by 4.50m wide and extended from the western site boundary on a northwest-southeast trajectory. Easement 2 measured 51.25m long by 4m wide and extended from the western site boundary on a west-southwest to eastnortheast trajectory. Both easements were located within the southern half of the phase 2 area. Area 1 comprised the excavation of a 0.17ha L-shaped area, located in the southern half of phase 2 and connected to the southwest side of Easement 1. Area 2 comprised the excavation of a 0.65ha irregular shaped area which extended across mainly the central and northern portion of phase 2 and connected to the northeast side of Easement 1. A small portion of Area 2 also extended towards the southern boundary of the site and connected to the eastern end of Area 1.
