Description
A total of eighty-three trenches was proposed, measuring between 19m and 70m long x 1.5m wide, to cover the available open areas as comprehensively as possible, in agreement with Faye Minter of SCCAS. The site was split into seven internal areas to
assist scheduling of the work with a number of Base facilities managers.The site was recorded under two separate HER parish codes, LKH 393, for trenches north of the taxiway and LKH 394, for all trenches south of the taxiway. This area comprises areas A1, A2, B, C and F.
