The re-modelling and re-development of parts of the existing golf course; construction and landscaping of five areas of land to create new holes; this includes the construction of approx 33 new sections of fairway, 67 new sand bunkers and approx 11 new water features. Taking into consideration that nature of the development and the construction involved the potential to encounter any archaeological remains dating to these periods is low-moderate (S1).
