Description
A detailed magnetometer survey was carried out at 0.25m intervals in a 3-4ha area with a Bartington Grad601-2 Fluxgate Magnetometer. Two pylons with approx 20m square bases visually dominate the site in the centre of the field and have resulted in very strong magnetic anomalies. Part of the field contained a root crop making the survey difficult. A metal borehole was also lovated in the survey area interrupting the survey (S1).
