Description
Gradiometer survey was undertaken on land to the north of a pond known as Caudle Head, at the south western corner of Lakenheath Airfield. The survey area covered 2.5 hectares with the survey conducted using a Geoscan FM36 Fluxgate Gradiometer at 0.5m intervals along 1m traverses giving readings of 800 readings per 20m X 20m grid.
