Description
Between August and October 2021, Cotswold Archaeology carried out an archaeological evaluation of land to the east of Breach Farm, Exning, Suffolk, during which a total of 442 trenches were excavated. Each trench was 30m in length. A further 43 trenches, located in areas initially unavailable, were excavated in February 2022. Six proposed trenches could not be excavated due to their location in areas of standing crop or their proximity to mature trees and an open drainage channel.
