Description
2022: Evaluation trenching for a three dwelling development within the area of Bowling Green did not reveal any archaeological features except two field drains of recent date and all of the stray finds were of 19th to 20th century date. Four trenches measuring 15.00m x 1.80m, two trenches measuring 10.00m x 1.80m, and one trench measuring 7.00m x 1.80m were excavated.
