Description
Evaluation trenching for a 4 dwelling development close to an area where medieval landscape settlement type features and finds are recorded did not reveal any significant archaeology, only one small ditch whose fill contained finds of 19th-20th century date and a light scatter of stray finds of later Post medieval date. Four trenches measuring 65m long in total were excavated to a depth of 0.5m.
