Description
Archaeology South-East was commissioned by CgMs Ltd to conduct an open-area excavation on land south of Wtherden Road, Elmswell. Four areas of the site were investigated (Figure 2): Area A (4421m2), Area B (2651m2), Area C (4274m2) and Area D (395m2). These had a combined area of 11741m2, or 14% of the total site area of 8.3 hectares. (S1)
