Full Description

J Reid-Moir notebook in IPSMG:
" 5 March 1919 Went with Marshall & Baxter to a crag pit on the farm of J H Dawson at Levington. We sunk a number of trial holes in the ?extension floor of the pit and on each occasion found the junction of the crag and London clay. Nothing found so no further excavations" (S1).
