`According to Coles... "scores of worked flints", including leaf-shaped and barbed and tanged arrowheads, and Neolithic polished axes have been found in the gravel pit since work commenced around 1918, but all are dispersed and cannot be located'. `The gravel pit has been disused since 1949' (S1)(R1) (R2).
